It has a vinegar smell when applied. The ingredients is like most toners. However, I dont feel it is doing what I want for my skin - when after application it feels sticky. The level of oiliness on my face has reduced to what I imagine to be "normal" and as it should be, neither oily nor dry and very hydrated. Something I haven't felt in a very long time. I've not noticed a reduction in pore size, which was a big factor in why I wanted to try this, but maybe it takes longer for that one, I'm not sure. Still undecided on whether or not I'll purchase once this is gone, but the paraben makes me not want to. Will likely look into another Pharmaceris line and compare claims/ingredients.
